Breeding and selection of Vosgienne beef (the local breed) to produce quality meat.
Located on the Alsatian side of the Vosges mountains, Ferme de la Bouille is a family-run business, where a passion for animals has been passed down from generation to generation.
Michèle and Guy-Loup Botter take care of the animals on a daily basis, assisted whenever possible by their 4 children.
