Created in 1748 in Ebersheim, the mill has evolved with the times while preserving its traditional know-how. Old-fashioned breads, breads from my mill, natural sourdough breads, without additives, without chemistry. Eat bread and live well! Sale in the shop. Small catering on the spot all year long: pies, quiches, sandwiches, pies... To eat in or take away.
