Gastronomic experience: Moulin in the sky

Dinner in the sky® is an extraordinary and unique gastronomic experience based on the notions of surprise and discovery, both in the menu and in the meeting and exchange with the Chef or Pâtissier with whom you embark.

In the skies above Ebersheim, a table seating 22 people is suspended in mid-air. At the centre of the table is a kitchen area where the Chefs will prepare and serve you an exceptional meal, with 2 lunches, 1 gourmet break and 2 dinners a day:

  • Thursday 20 June: Joël PHILIPPS - Le Cerf Restaurant* - Marlenheim
  • Friday 21 June: Pascal BASTIAN - Cheval Blanc* - Lembach
  • Saturday 22 June: Alexis ALBRECHT - Au vieux couvent* - Rhinau
  • Sunday 23 June: Thomas MURER - An der Villa - Steinfort Luxembourg
  • Snacks prepared by : Pâtisserie Pauline - Strasbourg

Guests must be on site at least 45 minutes before take-off.
