Yannick Germain, Michelin starred in 2015, has been the 4th generation of restaurateurs since 1893, paying tribute to his grandfather Wolfgang Sautter, from whom he will take over, in 1998, alongside his mother Christiane. In 2005, he will take over the torch with his wife Claudine.The Auberge au Bœuf reflects their family values. They welcome fine gourmets to their cosy and wooded universe, where the charm of authenticity, warm welcome, friendly service, gentleness of life, elegance of the tableware and respect for traditions are intertwined. L'Auberge au Bœuf embodies the vision of a beautiful transition, playing modernity with subtlety, preserving the soul of the house. The family restaurant maintains the romantic memory of an idyll born between the poet Gœthe and Frédérique Brion, the daughter of the village Pastor.It is with great gentleness that a remarkable evolution without revolution marks the future of the restaurant, both aesthetic and culinary.
