Drawings, posters, satire, animation, comic books, graphic novels, and more: from blank page to stage, from public space to cinema and digital media, illustration is everywhere. During the Rencontres de l’Illustration Festival in Strasbourgin Strasbourg, renowned artists and recent graduates, heritage and contemporary creation, all play an important role. With exhibitions at museums and cafés and events at libraries, schools and independent venues: for two weeks, every form of illustration and design can be found in every nook and cranny of the city.
