The festivities will open at Place d'Alsace (Place de la Victoire) where you will see folklore groups and the Wine Fair awaits you to taste the Alsatian grape varieties from the surrounding villages.
Stroll around and enjoy the festive atmosphere of the Selestadian streets where folk groups and musical ensembles will wander all weekend long.
Then stroll around the Sainte Foy church where the Saveurs et Artisanat market and the Place des Enfants (Cour de l'Ecole Sainte-Foy) await you.
Saturday at 6pm, start of the first parade near the Quai de l'Ill! Let yourself be amazed by the dazzlingly coloured floats and the parades of musicians, dancers and jugglers in the streets of the old city...
You can eat in one of the many restaurants in Selestat and dance at Square Ehm, from 6pm to 12:30am.
At 10pm, let's have the night procession from Tanzmatten! The opportunity to discover the illuminated tanks in a completely different atmosphere.
At midnight, head for the canoeing lake a few steps away to watch the fireworks....Imagine all these colours reflected in the waters of the lake, a pure wonder.
The festival will continue on Sunday, August 9th with many activities in the streets of the city.
