Today, we transform 5 000 tons of sauerkraut a yearand we offer a wide variety of original recipes and packaging : raw sauerkraut, various recipes of cooked sauerkraut, confit of sauerkraut with spices and sauerkraut recipes creations.Due to the lockdown, no guided tours are curently being organized.
