EPICURADOR

Epicurador was founded in December 2022 by Claire and Flavien, a duo passionate about wine and driven by the desire to democratise the art of oenology and sommellerie.

Claire, with her dual role as sommelier and oenologist, is truly the soul of Epicurador. Trained at Ferrandi Paris, one of the best gastronomy schools in the world, she acquired her skills as a sommelier and developed an in-depth knowledge of wines. She also took part in three vinifications, enriching her oenological expertise. Her experience has given her an extensive knowledge of wines, not only from France, but also from other countries such as Croatia, Switzerland, Spain, Central America and Peru.

Flavien, plays a key role in supporting the operational aspects and contributing to the development of Epicurador. His passion for wine and multimedia, combined with his experience, contribute to the development of the company. In addition to this, Flavien is constantly learning alongside Claire, immersing himself in the art of wine.
