Two interconnected flats for 5 and 7 people respectively in a detached house in the village of Sondernarch at 600m altitude, in the heart of the Ballons des Vosges Regional Nature Park, 8km from Munster, 28km from Colmar and at the foot of the Route des Crêtes. Close to ski resorts and hiking trails.

The flat on the 1st floor comprises :
1 bedroom with 1 double bed with drawers, small table, wardrobe / 1 bedroom with 2 beds and 1 sofa-bed as well as 1 washbasin area / 1 bedroom with 2 beds / 1 living room with leather sofa and armchair and satellite TNT flat-screen TV / 1 bathroom with shower, w.c. and washbasin, hairdryer, towel dryer, washing machine, clotheshorse.
Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue machine, food processor, hi-fi system.
Central heating with room thermostat, additional bathroom heating.

The 2nd flat comprises: 1 entrance hall with shoe rack and coat hanger
Open-plan kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, espresso machine, food processor, raclette machine, fondue machine, kitchen equipment.
1 spacious bedroom with double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and washbasin.
1 living room that can easily accommodate 12 guests, with storage space, wardrobe and miller's staircase.
1 bathroom with corner bath, washbasin and sink, clothes line and hairdryer. 1 separate WC with storage space
Duplex: 1 lounge with sofa, coffee table, flat-screen DTT and satellite TV, hi-fi and uninterrupted views of the Hohneck massif and Petit Ballon.
1 open space with 2 single beds (90x190), storage space, 1 sofa bed with Futon mattress for the 5th person.

Private car park, secure ski and bike room (2 bikes available on loan).
Self-service permaculture vegetable garden.
Terrace with barbecue, tables, bench and garden chairs.

Pillows and blankets provided, sheets and pillowcases extra (10 euros/bed to be specified when booking).

Cleaning materials, hoover, kitchen towels, bath mats, 2 bicycles, free Wi-Fi.

Arrivals from 4pm (unless by prior arrangement) / Departures before 10am (unless by prior arrangement)

Weekend rentals available except during the summer, Christmas and February holidays. For stays, a welcome drink (regional products) will be offered free of charge!
