Located in the heart of Alsace, on the heights of the charming village of Orschwiller, the Haut-Koenigsbourg castle dominates the entire plain at an altitude of 755 metres. It is impossible to miss this iconic monument, one of the most visited in the region!

It is also the starting and finishing point for many hikes. The massif offers a real diversity of paths with remarkable landscapes.

Do you prefer short hikes? This one is for you! From the Schaentzel pass, whatever the season, you will discover several remarkable sights and reach the castle in only 1 hour.
