At Chez Enfin we serve a gastronomic author's cuisine in the style of a neobistro with lokavoren and seasonal products, which we offer in the form of a "Menu Unique" in ten courses. This is our way of telling the season and Alsace as we perceive it, through our encounters and our taste memories. This menu is served in the evening and on weekends (lunch and dinner).
