The living room connects the dining room to the garden with arbour. Access to the living room on the ground floor of the garden via a ramp for people with reduced mobility. Internet access.

Anti-Covid 19 standards implemented in this gite:

A gap of 30 h is respected, between a departure and an arrival of tenants, to naturally air the gite and carry out a thorough cleaning...
It is compulsory to wear a mask when welcoming and departing guests.
To ensure good hygiene, hydroalcoholic gel is available at the entrance to the gite, and in every bathroom and kitchen.
Disinfectants, single-use gloves and dishcloths are also available. Household linen (bed and bath sheets) is boiled at 60 degrees Celsius. A cleaner to sanitize rooms replaces the traditional vacuum cleaner.

Opening hours outside the gite are as follows: 11 p.m. on Saturday evenings and the eve of public holidays. 10:30 pm from Monday to Friday and on Sunday evenings to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.


GITE EXTERNAL SECURITY: Parking and garden lighting are guaranteed. Video surveillance is installed outside.
