Julien, passionate about his job as a baker since he was a child, decided to start his own business with Fabienne, his partner, saleswoman and co-manager.

Julien, a baker for 13 years, and Tina, a budding pastry chef, offer you quality products, as local as possible, fresh and finished products.

All the products sold in the store are home-made. You will also find chocolates from the Grimmer house in Wintzenheim, and from "Chez Madeï à ''Pairis" in Orbey.

We strive to work with local and high quality products. We sell all our products fresh and finished. All pastries, puff pastry, crusts, are pure butter.

It is possible to order an aperitif or a dessert buffet for your birthdays, weddings, christenings, and other events, with the baker and/or the pastry cook.
