Visitors from all over the world come to Strasbourg to enjoy the well-known Alsatian specialties such as Foie Gras, Escargots (snails), Bouchées à la Reine (small flaky pastries), Baeckeoffe (meat and potato casserole), Quiche and of course Tarte flambée and Sauerkraut. If you have not tried any of these specialties yet, it is time to discover them! Start with a classical aperitif the “Crémant d´Alsace”, the Alsatian equivalent of champagne and complete the perfect dinner with an Alsatian beer or one of the famous white wines of the region.

Your choice: a lunch in the starred restaurant "Buerehiesel" which offers you a three-course menu, or a four-course menu in a cosy atmosphere at the restaurant "Le Violon d'Ingres".
The “Strasbourg Pass” gives you free or reduced admission to various attractions in Strasbourg, for example to the viewing platform of the cathedral, to a museum of your choice, to the astronomical clock in the Cathedral and to a boat trip on the river Ill to help you enjoy the special ambiance of Strasbourg.
