The Alsace region, with its fascinating history, offers a unique culinary diversity not matched by many other cities in Europe. The combination of good, solid German food and fine French cuisine creates a highly remarkable and special culinary style throughout the past centuries.

If you have not tried any of these specialties yet, it is time to discover them!
