Winegrowers celebrate munster

Combining folklore and gastronomy, the event will honour Alsace and its emblematic cheese!

Matured in the Siffert cheese factory in Rosheim, all kinds of munster cheese will be offered for tasting, on plates or in the form of various stewed dishes. All accompanied by wines from the Rosheim hillsides.

On the programme: Folk dances with the Seebach folk group from 6pm, followed by a popular dance from 9pm with the Golden Sound orchestra.
