Brewery La Mercière

La Mercière was born in 2013 by Imène and Franck. In August 2017, they moved in Cosswiller. They wanted to created traditionnal and organic beers. Main of the The raw materials used are organic and mostly local . The malt comes from Lahr in Germany, the hops from the agricultural school of Obernai, the water comes from Cosswiller and they grow their own yeasts.
