Brasserie Holtzmann

Beer lover, in the 4th generation of a family of hop growers, Sebastien Holtzmann, a young farmer settled on the hop path in Wingersheim, launched in 2010 his own brew, a production based on the use of Strisselspalt, the Alsatian hop par excellence.
He produces his own malting barley, "and the water comes from the Zorn, so everything is local," He produces 2 beers, the "Strissel Gold" with "100% Strisselspalt hops" and the "Blanche d'Aramis", in the same way, is made with 100% Aramis hops. Both beers are made "unfiltered, unpasteurized, refermented in the bottle". Bottling and labelling are manual.
