He produces his own malting barley, "and the water comes from the Zorn, so everything is local," He produces 2 beers, the "Strissel Gold" with "100% Strisselspalt hops" and the "Blanche d'Aramis", in the same way, is made with 100% Aramis hops. Both beers are made "unfiltered, unpasteurized, refermented in the bottle". Bottling and labelling are manual.
