As amember of the Choucroute Brotherhood, thecompany produces and retails a range of uncookedchoucroute in 25 kg to 2 Kg pails.Other Alsatian farm produce is availablein the shop (vegetables, beer, wine, chocolate,foie gras, etc.). Open Mon to Fri 9am-12pm,2pm-6pm, Sat 9am-12pm, 1:30pm-4pm.Tour by appointment.
