In the luxurious ambience of a historic 1st class, you'll savour a gourmet menu served and prepared by the EPICES cookery school, founded by Isabelle HAEBERLIN. - Starter: velouté of French peas and perfect egg
- Main course: hot pâté - Périgueux sauce - gratin dauphinois
- Cheese: cheese platter with a small salad
