Fishing in Kruth-Wildenstein Lake

Kruth-Wildenstein Lake on the Alsace side of the Vosges Mountains at 1788 feet, is a 81-hectare lake created by a dam. It is the biggest Alsatian lake, reaching depths of 115 feet. In this idyllic setting where the Vosges Mountains offer views of breathtaking landscapes, the quantity and diversity of the fish stock gives beginners and confirmed fishers the opportunity to practise a broad range of modern and more traditional techniques. There’s something for all tastes and all levels! Pike, perch, trout and carp reign in these waters but you can also catch numerous white fish here.
