Hike between Hautes Chaumes and glacier circles!


This hike takes us to one of the most "alpine" parts of the Vosges.
Our ascent brings us to the Hautes Chaumes, typical landscapes of the High Vosges, shaped mainly by the particular climate that prevails there. The way back takes us to the Lac du Forlet, a remnant of an ancient glacier.


Hike for ages 10 and up.
Effective hiking time: 6 hrs.
Transfer in your own car to the starting point of the hike. Return to cars is planned around 5.30pm.

Difference in altitude: +830 m / -830 m
Level: this excursion is aimed at a public that walks regularly.
In case of need, the guide reserves the right to modify the route.


Mandatory equipment: hiking or trail shoes / 1 warm garment (fleece type) / 1 rainwear / hat / sunscreen / at least 1.5 L of water / energy bars. Bring a picnic The trip can be done with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 10 participants
