One address, two restaurants to discover. The food, for the love of taste. It is thus we can describe the cuisine of Bernard Leray, Chef at the Michelin starred Nouvelle Auberge in Wihr-au-Val. He is driven by his pursuit of flavor. A pursuit that begins with ingredients, the initial inspiration. His respect for fresh ingredients coupled with years of rigorous training and culinary know-how result in Leray’s authentic cuisine. Chef Leray offers a choice of menus, supplemented by a variety of "a la carte" dishes whish are accented with specific wine pairings, selected by Martine, his wife. On the ground floor, Martine and Bernard chose to retain the original concept through a bistro setting serving « menu of the day » for lunch.
