The Zahnacker restaurant is in Ribeauvillé, a small town huddled at the base of the Taennchel at the heart of the vineyards of Alsace between Strasbourg and Mulhouse. Ribeauvillé is a wine-producing town with medieval charm, where life is good! The chef, Joseph LEISER, has been running the restaurant since 1987. He claims inventive and memorable high-quality cuisine. He trained with Pierre GAERTNER in Ammerschwihr and perfected his experience in other Michelin-starred establishments. The wooden interior of the restaurant, enhanced with its magnificent stained-glass windows gives the place a warm and intimate atmosphere.
