A charming new home in Lièpvre, central Alsace, close to the Wine Route and major tourist attractions. A typical house situated at the foot of Chalmont, overlooking the surrounding countryside... In choosing Julien Jeanroy as architect, we wanted it to be resolutely contemporary, but with absolute respect for the past and tradition. The house comprises 3 apartments of around 35 m² each, decorated in a modern, woodsy style. The owner lives in the adjoining renovated barn. The apartments are equipped with a small kitchen, 102 cm LED TV, walk-in shower, king-size bed, and all other modern conveniences.
The "CHALMONT" apartment sleeps 3. One bedroom with a king-size bed and a pull-out bed for an extra person in the living room (supplement of €10 per day for the 3rd person). Shared washing machine.
Each apartment has its own private parking space. Pets accepted with a supplement of 8€ per day.
