Whether they are traditional or more original with evocative names such as "honeymoon", "Indian summer" or "Baeraweka"... they are all unmissable! Fernand also offers delicious sorbets and ice creams: honey and cinnamon, rhubarb with yogurt, blueberry, Morello cherry, quetsche, vine peach, green apple, blackcurrant, mirabelle plum... many frozen desserts: frozen vacherin, frozen cookie, Black Forest, frozen Parfait with its medallion of baeraweka, frozen Christmas log... as well as syrups, honey, baskets...
