The bakery will continue to operate from Tuesday to Saturday from 9am to 12:30pm and from 2pm to 6pm.
The museum and the tea room of the Maison du pain d'Alsace will close their doors for the time of the confinement.
In the heart of Alsace, a stone's throw from the Humanist Library and a few minutes from the Haut Koenigsbourg Castle, the Maison du Pain d'Alsace welcomes you to experience the history of bread in a unique place.
The bakers of the house welcome you to the bakery to stir your senses: special breads, kougelhopfs, pretzels, aniseed bread, bredle are produced and baked on the spot. Hands-on dough activities for young and old are offered all year round. A tea room and a terrace complete the promise of a tasty moment in Sélestat!
