" Krautergersheim is the official capital of sauerkraut! What better way to discover this typical dish and all the folklore that goes with it? "

Following on from the previous weekend's sauerkraut festival, from 7pm onwards, a big party with live music under the big top. On-site tasting of the famous sauerkraut prepared according to a unique recipe handed down from generation to generation by Krautergersheim chefs.
