St John's wort workshop/outing
Only in French. Follow Caroline on a workshop/outing to discover St John's wort (hypericum perforatum) with picking in the forest of Niederbronn-les-Bains. You will learn how to identify it, its virtues and benefits, how to pick it and you will finish by making oil (equipment provided).
Please bring: walking shoes, water, basket or container, scissors, cap or hat and sun cream.
