Conservatory orchard of pear trees

The Gunstett pear orchard and conservatory was created in 1995 by parish priest Paul Winninger. Located in the heart of the village, on a 25-acre plot close to the church, it boasts some 400 trees and over 150 different varieties of pear: Soldat Laboureur, Impériale à Feuille de Chêne, Schokoladenbirne, Bon Chrétien d'Hiver, Colin Noire, Duchesse d'Angoulème, Comtesse de Paris...
