La ferme de la plume d'or, an Alsatian producer and breeder of duck foie gras, offers a special workshop! The farm supplies raw foie gras and, during the session, assists you with the dressing and seasoning (you can bring your own spices if you wish). The whole thing will then be put into a terrine, ready to be cooked at home! To take part, all you have to do is register by calling or e-mailing us. Don't forget to bring your terracotta terrine and your good mood.
