Atelier cueillette et cuisine de plantes sauvages

"Aude à la Nature" offers you an original workshop, learning botanical knowledge and vegetal cooking with wild garlic with the realization of wild makis with their fine vegetarian sauce, and aperitif spreads. The day will start with a recognition of plants, by approaching them with the senses, more by being interested in botany and their culinary and medicinal properties. Then we will cook them in a large kitchen to the standards, to taste the preparations around 15h. You will leave with the recipes of your creations. You will also learn 2 to 3 other recipes for a wild and gastronomic menu. The dessert will be naturally made with another wild plant. Conditions: Walk maintained by rainy weather. In case of postponement due to force majeure, you will be refunded within 15 days. Payment required to confirm registration. Cancellation without charge up to 14 days before the event. No cancellation after that except in case of force majeure.
