Vegetable cooking class "I tame legumes".

You want to discover a wide range of legumes, understand their benefits and specificities; learn how to prepare and combine them?

If you've ever found yourself in front of a shelf full of beans, lentils and peas of all shapes and colors, only to pass on by not knowing what to do with them; this workshop will certainly give you the keys and the desire to try cooking these little bombs of protein, good starches, fiber and minerals.

Whether it's to vary your cooking or replace (some of) your meat consumption, I'll teach you how to tame legumes!

We'll review the vast world of beans, peas and lentils (not forgetting tofu, tempeh, flours & other assimilated grains...) and I'll show you how to prepare some. You'll leave with a wealth of new knowledge, as well as a set of cards combining everything we've seen and these recipes.

  • Lasooni dal tadka (Lentils with garlic cooked Indian style),
  • Chickpea flourata revisited (chickpeas),
  • Black Brownie gourmet black beans with chocolate.
